As a longtime Comox Valley resident I know the area very well and I'm active in my community.  While my target market is Vancouver Island, I also arrange many mortgages each year across Canada. 

Having bought a number of different properties over the years I know first hand that purchasing real estate is an exciting and sometimes stressful period. It is my goal to make your mortgage experience a smooth and easy process.

I’m Tom Lennox, a mortgage broker since 2015 and I believe home financing doesn’t have to feel like running uphill in the rain—though as a trail runner, I’ll admit I do that for fun. My job is to make mortgages simple, clear, and tailored to you, whether you’re buying your first place, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio.



I like to think of myself as a financial coach: I’ll do the heavy lifting (outside the gym, anyway) so you can focus on the exciting part—finding the right home. I’ll explain your options without jargon, keep the process on track, and be in your corner the whole way.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on a mountain trail, in the weight room, or camping under the stars. Those passions keep me grounded—and remind me that with the right guidance, every tough climb has a rewarding view.

I'm Kirsten Mellin, a mortgage broker since 2019.

I believe that securing a mortgage shouldn't be a stressful, one-size-fits-all process.  I believe that great mortgage advice is about more than numbers; it's about trust, communication and having someone on your side who genuinely cares about the outcome of your mortgage financing. 

Outside of work, you'll usually find me on my paddle board, kayaking or walking on the beach.
